Egg Curry

Ingredients for Easy Egg Curry Recipe

Eggs - 3 nos
Onions - 3 nos (chopped)
Tomatoes - 3 nos (chopped)
Cloves (Grambu) - 2 - 3 nos
Green chillies (slit) - 4 nos
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - As reqd
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - A pinch
Salt - As reqd

Preparation Method of Easy Egg Curry Recipe
1). Heat oil in a pan.
2). Add ginger-garlic paste, cloves and green chillies.
3). Add curry leaves and onion and saute well.
4). When the onions turn golden brown, add turmeric powder, chilly powder and garam masala powder.
5). Cook till the raw smell goes.
6). Add the tomatoes and mix well.
7). Wen the above ingredients are cooked well, add salt to taste. 
8). Finally, cut the eggs and stir well with the above ingredients.
9). Keep stirring, till the egg is cooked properly.
