Beans - 1/2 kg(chopped)
Carrot - 2 nos(chopped)
Green chillies - 4 nos
Cocunut (grated) - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 no
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds - Few
Curry leaves - Few
Salt - As reqd
Oil - As reqd
Preparation Method of Beans Carrot Thoran Recipe
1). Add oil and splutter mustard seed in a pan, add curry leaves.
2). Add beans, carrot, green chillies, grated coconut, onion, salt and turmeric powder to the pan
3). Cook well and use
