Beef Curry

beef_curryIngredients:
Indian Beef -- 1 kg
Onion -- 500gm
Tomato --- 2 Big
Ginger/Garlic -- 3 Teaspoon (Chopped)
Green Chilli --- 5 (Chopped)
Curry Leaves --- Handfull(Chopped)
Garam Masala -- 2 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder -- 2 teaspoon
Coriander powder --1 teaspoon
pepper powder -- 2 teaspoon
turmeric powder -- 1/4 teaspoon
Salt for taste

Preparation Method of Beef Curry
Chopp ginger garlic green chilli & curry leafs together.

Fry it in 4 tablespoon cooking oil, once it is golden brown add chopped onions,
When onion becomes nicely cooked add tomatos, keep for sometime in medium heat so as it will be cooked softly.
Add all the powders and stir for 2-3minutes.
Then add 2 cups of water n wait till it boils for 2- 3 minutes (till oil floats),
Add beef and more water till it cooked soft, (no need to add more water if you r using a pressure cooker)
