Ingredients
Carrot, beans, drum stick (muringa), kovakka, banana - 2-3.
Green chilly - 2-3
Garlic – 4-5
Coconut oil – 3 tablespoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tablespoon
Red chilly powder – 1/2 tablespoon
Mango – 1
Scraped coconut – 1/2 cup
Small onion – 8- 10
Cumin seed (jeerakam)- 1/4 tablespoon
Salt, curry leaves – to taste

 

How To Cook:

Slice the vegetables lengthwise proportionally. Mix these vegetables in red chilly powder and turmeric powder. Crush ginger, small onion, cumin seed and curry leaves and put them into the vessel along with sliced vegetables. Put sliced green chilly also into it. Then, grind scraped coconut and put it into the middle of the vessel and cover it with the vegetables. Pour some water, close it and keep it on fire. Remove it from fire after the vegetables are boiled. Pour a little coconut oil over it to add taste to the dish.
