Vendakka Pachady

Lady’s finger – 5-6
Oil – 2 tablespoon
Mustard – 1/4 tablespoon
Onion – 1
Ginger- 1
Green chilly – 2
Curry leaves, salt – to taste
Curd – 1 cup

How To Cook:
Slice lady’s finger, ginger, onion and green chilly into small pieces. Marinate salt and turmeric powder on to the sliced lady’s finger and keep it for
some time. Pour oil in a pan and fry the marinated lady’s finger. Take it out from fire and keep it aside. Then spurt mustard in the same pan and put
onion, ginger, curry leaves and green chilly and stir it till it turns brown in color. Then put the fried lady’s finger into it. Remove it from fire and keep it
aside for some time. Make sure that the heat has cooled down before pouring curd into it. Mix it well and serve it as a side dish along with rice.

Note: Add sugar to it to compensate the sour taste of the curd
