IngredientsCoconut oil – 2 table spoon
Curd –2 cups
Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seed (jeerakam) – 1/2 teaspoon
Fenugreek (uluva) - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves, salt – to taste
Red chilly – 2
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
How To Cook:
Heat oil and spurt mustard, fenugreek and cumin seed. Then add ginger-garlic paste, red chilly and curry leaves and stir till it turns light brown in color. Also add a bit of turmeric powder. Pour curd into it and stir till it becomes hot. Remove it from fire and add salt to it. Serve it in a bowl and mix it with rice to experience one of Keralite’s delicacies.
Note: Should not wait for the curd to boil
