MARGAMKALI
It is traditional play in connection with Christian festivals.Now the participants use separate traditonal dresses. It is a folk dance with slow steps. The theme of songs, which are used in this play, are related to the Christian belief. The participants will be arranged themselves around a lighted floor oil lamp (Nilavillaku). They sing the margamkali songs and make steps rhythmically.
