1. Melbourne: Regarded as one of the beautiful and most livable cities in the world, Melbourne has to be visited once in life time. With its amazing climatic condition, the city attracts tourists from the entire globe. The migrants arriving here from all parts of the world too choose Melbourne as their place of settlement because of its ever chilling climate. Known for Victorian and modern architecture, Melbourne has conquered the minds of its visitors. 
2.The Great Ocean Road: A visit to Australia is complete only with a journey to the Great Ocean Road. With one side hill and other ocean, the road leads to the banks of the ocean where we can find the 12 Apostles. Twelve Apostles is a natural phenomenon of twelve sand hills that represents the 12 apostles of Jesus Christ. Spending a day or two in the hotels of the nearby places to watch the ocean and the sunrise and sunset will of course be a memorable experience. 
3. The Red Centre and Uluru: The Red Centre, said to be the centre spot of Australia lies in the Northern Territory. The wonderful sight of a huge rock called Ayers rock or Uluru that holds the continent of Australia should not be missed while visiting the country.
4. The Great Barrier Reef: The world’s largest coral reef lies along the Queensland cost for a distance of about 35 million hectares. Wide varieties of fish and underwater creatures especially the flora and fauna will definitely fascinate the visitors. The Great Barrier Reef has more than 1000 islands, 2900 individual reefs and shelters 1500 species of fish and 400 species of coral.
5. Tasmania: The island of Tasmania offers fantastic picturesque with opportunities for hiking and camping. Melbourne city offers a cruise to Tasmania with lots of entertainments. 
6. Sydney Opera House: It is one of the world’s greatest art performing centers. Opened in 1973, it has become one of the important and must see buildings in the world. This architectural wonder of the world took 15 long years for the completion of its work. 
7. Kangaroo Island: Located near the tip of Fleurieu Peninsula in Southern Australia, it is home to a number of kangaroos, dolphins, koalas and sea lions. This third largest island in the country is located in Southern Australia. 
8.Bungle Bungles: This is one of the must visit geological formations in Western Australia. Located in Purnululu National park, it is a formation of sandstone cliffs and mountains in bands of black, green and orange. Existing since 1980, this geological formation was kept secret by the locals.
9.The City Hall Clock Tower: The tower located in Brisbane is a historic sandstone building that houses the Museum of Brisbane. The tower can be accessed by an elevator and hearing the sound of tower bells is really a wonderful experience.
10.Sydney Harbor Bridge: The Bridge that overlooks the wonderful Sydney Opera House is truly amazing. The pyrotechnics on the New Year Eve is viewed mainly from this bridge that stands as a one of the main landmarks of Australia.
